Selecting the Payoff Statement Document Type in Servicing Director

Use this procedure to identify the Payoff Statement document type as Crystal Reports or Word Mail Merge.


  1. Open System Administration.
  2. Click Setup.
  3. Select Company, and then click Open.
  4. Click the Loan Control tab.
  5. In the Payoff Statements section, select one of the following from the Statement Type drop-down list:
  • Report Writer: Select to create the statement from the Crystal Reports document template named PO1.RPT.
  • Mail Merge: Select to create the statement from the Word Mail Merge document template named PO1.DOC.
  1. Click OK.
