Selecting the Payoff Statement Document Type in Servicing Director
Use this procedure to identify the Payoff Statement document type as Crystal Reports or Word Mail Merge.
- Open System Administration.
- Click Setup.
- Select Company, and then click Open.
- Click the Loan Control tab.
- In the Payoff Statements section, select one of the following from the Statement Type drop-down list:
- Report Writer: Select to create the statement from the Crystal Reports document template named PO1.RPT.
- Mail Merge: Select to create the statement from the Word Mail Merge document template named PO1.DOC.
- Click OK.
