Selecting the View for the Pool Reporting Screen

You can determine the type of information that appears in the Pools list box on the Pool Reporting screen.
Your view options are:
  • Current P&I Cash View
  • Expected P&I
  • Security Balance Reconciliation
  • Cash Flow Reconciliation
You can also choose whether you want to see all pools or only active pools, and you can set any of the views as the default view for the pool reporting screen.
 
To select a view option:
  1. Select the Pool Reporting Application.
  2. Select a view option.
  • Select current P&I Cash view to display the following columns in the Pools list box on the Pool Reporting screen: Pool Number, Loan Count, Current Cash Balance, Required P&I Balance, and Difference.
  • Select Expected P&I to display the following columns in the Pools list box on the Pool Reporting screen: Pool Number, Expected P&I Balance, Reported P&I Balance, and Difference. (Do not use this view for bi-weekly pools. The calculations are not applicable to bi-weekly pools.)
  • Select Security Balance Reconciliation to display the following columns in the Pools list box on the Pool Reporting screen: Pool Number, Loan Count, Adjusted Pool Balance, Security Balance, and Difference. (Do not use this view for bi-weekly pools. The calculations are not applicable to bi-weekly pools.)
  • Select Cash Flow Reconciliation to display the following columns in the Pools list box on the Pool Reporting screen: Pool Number, Last Month P&I, + P&I Collections, -Service Fees, -Remittances, =Subtotal, Reported P&I, and Difference
  1. Select the default view check box after you select a view option to set that option as the default view for the Pool Reporting screen.
  2. Select the type of pool that you want to appear.
  • Select All to display all pools
  • Select active only to display only active pools. If you choose to see only active pools, Servicing Director selects all pools where the Date Sold/Paid Off field is blank or where the date in the Date Sold/Paid Off field is within the last month.
  • Click OK
Note: Each view has a Difference column that you can use to spot potential problems. You can sort any particular column. Simply click the column heading in the list box to sort the column in ascending order. Press CTRL and click to sort a column in descending order.
