Please install the SQL 2008 Shared Management Objects or the SQL 2012 Shared Management Objects. 

Root Cause:

The error indicates a Microsoft provided prerequisite for 14.2 is missing.  

Workaround:

Download and install one or both of the prerequisites from the Microsoft download source:

• Install specifically the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Management Objects 10.00.2531.01 (x86), and (x64) on Windows 64-bit systems, from the SQL 2008 Service Pack 3 Feature Pack (Add to all version of SQL server, including SQL 2012). 
  Search the Microsoft support website for: SQL 2008 Service Pack 3 Feature Pack. 
• Install the Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP1 Shared Management Objects (x86), and (x64) on Windows 64-bit systems, from the SQL 2012 Service Pack 1 Feature Pack (Add to all versions of SQL server, including SQL 2008, but it does not apply to a Windows 2003 server).
  Search the Microsoft support web site for: SQL 2012 Service Pack 1 Feature Pack.
  Note: You may have other versions of the Shared Management Objects on your system, but only having only these versions will resolve the error. 

Also, install the SQL 2012 version even if you only have SQL 2008 or SQL 2008 R2. 

Note: If the 14.2.2 Service Pack message lists a different prerequisite than the SQL Management Objects, then install the missing prerequisite listed. The full list of the prerequisites is listed in the Servicing Director 14.2 System Requirements article.
