Servicing Director 15.3 Error Message When Adding a New Payee

The conversion of datetime2 data type to a datetime data type resulted in a out-of-range value.

The statement has been terminated.


Root Cause:

 Defect in the New Payee screen

Workaround:

The workaround is to temporarily place a date in the W9 Received date field in the New Payee screen when a new payee is being added.

It does not matter what date is used.

This will allow the new payee record to be saved.

Once the new payee record is successfully saved, the W9 Received field should be cleared.
