Root Cause:

This permission error is caused by your Windows configuration. Your Windows account or other Windows security measures are intervening by preventing the Servicing Director Service Pack 1 Update from placing the file named in the error in the appropriate location where it needs to overwrite the previous copy of the file in the folder path also described in the error. 

The CreditCardProcessing.exe is the first file to be placed by the Service Pack 1. It is likely that all file overwriting is prevented by your Windows configuration, which will cause this error to occur for all the files in the service pack.

The Servicing Director Service Pack 1 derives its permissions from the Windows account used to run the SetupSDApplication.hta file.

Workaround:

Resolve this using Microsoft Windows methods to elevate or otherwise change your Windows permissions, granting the SetupSDApplication.hta permission to overwrite the existing files.

Your local IT person should use Microsoft support as the resource for how to change your Windows permissions.

One suggestion is to run the SetupSDApplication.hta with the Microsoft Windows "RunAs" command. Use Microsoft support information about opening a Command Prompt window using the "RunAs" command, providing a local administrator account as part of the command. Then, with the Command Prompt window running as the local administrator you provided, change directories within the Command Prompt Window to the SetupSDApplication.hta and run it.
