Servicing Director Adjustable Rate Mortgage Error Message: There is no index rate for the Loan ID you entered.

Reviewing Pending Adjustments report a loan has a error message.

Error: There is no index rate for the Loan ID you entered.

 

Reviewing Adjustable Rate Mortgages module > Pending adjustments > details > comment box.

Error: There is no index rate for the Loan ID you entered.


Root Cause:

Servicing Director's Index rates are not updated you can make correction in one of two places.

  1. Adjustable Rate Mortgage module > Index Rate > Open > Highlight the index you're using to calculate the loan and click edit,  make sure the effective end date is current and you have updated rates, Or Go To step two.
  2. System Administration > Table Setup > ARM Index > Open > edit the rate you are using.
