You may find that the Servicing Director Analysis Statement does not archive when created directly from the Analysis application.

Workaround:

By design, the delivered Servicing Director Analysis Statement will not archive when the analysis statement is created directly from the Analysis application.

In order for an Analysis Statement to archive, the statement must be created from the Event Manager application, as follows:

1. Open the System Administration application.
2. Click the Event Manager button.
3. In the Available Events list, expand Analysis, and then expand Letters.
4. Select the Analysis Statements Rpt event, and drag it over to the right on the Scheduled events list.
5. In the Instance Criteria screen, set any and all appropriate criteria for your analysis statements, including printer and file options.
6. In the 'Options' section of the Instance Criteria screen, check both the 'Archive Document' and 'Add Comment' checkboxes.
7. Run the event.

All analysis statements created by running this event will be archived.
