UserDefinedData: Database Error during Open : Invalid object name 'Usr_<name of your user defined table>'.
Statement(s) could not be prepared.
Root Cause:
This error can be caused by a system configuration issue, where the \SvcData folder contents do not match the Servicing Director database setup for your user defined form named in the error.
Workaround:
- Open the System Administration.
- Open the Options menu > Reports Location screen, and note the location displayed as your \SvcData folder.
- Click Close on the Reports Location screen.
- Click Table Setup.
- Open the User Defined Forms screen.
- Double-click each form listed on the User Defined Forms screen.
- After the Edit User Defined Fields screen opens for each form, click Close. There is no need to make any changes to the fields. This step will re-establish what you have in the database setup for the user defined forms, and store this setup in the \SvcData\UserForms folder you found above.
- Confirm all users of Servicing Director use this \SvcData folder now that it has the correct setup for the user defined forms.
