Root Cause:
The version of Microsoft ODBC drivers used by the Servicing Director data sources are version specific, and your computer does not have the data sources using the required version.Workaround:
The Servicing Director application installation program will install the required version of the ODBC drivers and create the data sources to user the required version.
Reinstall the Servicing Director applications, and allow the installation to install the required Microsoft ODBC prerequisite.
For more information about the specific version of ODBC, refer to the Servicing Director System Requirements article published for your current version.
Note: The version numbers in the error message may vary, and use the current System Requirements for the current version required by Servicing Director (Loan Servicing).
The Servicing Director ODBC data sources can be viewed in the Windows 32-bit Data Sources Control Panel. The data sources are System Data Sources (System DSN tab), and are named Servicing and ServEM.
At the time of this writing, the Microsoft ODBC 11 SQL server driver has the Microsoft decimal version number of 12.00.4219, but Microsoft updates can install a higher 12.x.x version.
