Servicing Director Application Screens Have a Small Font
The Servicing Director application screens use a fixed font size, and the larger the resolution of the Windows desktop, the smaller the fonts will appear for Servicing Director.
Workaround:
There are no methods within the Servicing Director which can increase the font size, but using Windows procedures to manipulate the display can make Servicing Director appear larger, such as to lower the display resolution, making everything displayed appear as a larger part of the display.
Have your local IT or system administrator familiar with Windows use Microsoft procedures to make these changes.
