Unable to update UserName. Field Maintenance Logging will not be available for this session of this module.
Root Cause:
Your Servicing Director configuration prevents field maintenance logging.
The workaround/fix below is for your system adminsitrator or local IT to perform.
Workaround:
- Run the Servicing Director server program named LSCNFG with the FixRights option. Search Knowledge Center with the keywords Servicing Director LSCNFG for the article describing the procedure for running the LSCNFG program.
- Make sure your Servicing Director applications have the the ODBC data source named Servicing set to use SQL authentication. Search Knowledge Center with the keywords Servicing Director ODBC for the article describing the procedure for fchanging the ODBC Data Sources to Use SQL Server Authentication.
