Servicing Director Borrower Screen Does Not Display The Borrower Phone Number

When accessing the Servicing Director Borrower screen, from any of the application modules, the borrower phone number does not display in the main Borrower screen.

Workaround:

In the Edit Borrower Phone screen, the Primary Phone check box must be selected to indicate that the phone number is the borrower’s primary contact phone number.
If the phone number is the primary contact for the borrower, and the Primary Phone check box is selected, then this number is displayed on the main Borrower screen.
