One of the built in selection criteria of the Collection Detail Report is Queue Days.
The report will always list any loans where the loan due date plus (+) queue days, is equal or less than (=<) the current transction posting date.
Example : If the report is run while on a current transaction posting date of 7/1, and the loan is due for 7/1, but the queue days are set to 0, this loan will appear on the Collection Detail Report. If however, the queue days were set to 1 or more, then this loan would not appear on the report.
You should consider your queue days setting on your loan(s).
Queue days can be found at the loan level on the Customer Service, Payment, Late Info screen.
Queue day setting is a business decision, and should be based on which day you would like collection efforts to begin on a loan.
