You may find that the Servicing Director Credit Bureau Export file that you are submitting to the credit bureaus contains only information on the primary borrower, and no information about other borrowers.

You may want to report on more than just the primary borrower for your loans.

Workaround:

The J2 segments in the Credit Bureau Export file contain information about other borrowers. You may be set up to use only the base segment configuration of the credit bureau files and not include any J2 segments, which means that only the primary borrower is reported.

You can modify the credit bureau file configurations from System Administration > Table Setup > Credit Bureau screen.
