Servicing Director Credit Reporting Set to "Do Not Report" Suppresses Reporting for All Borrowers on the Loan, Including Additional Borrowers

If you set the loan to 'Do Not Report' on the Credit screen, this will suppress reporting for all borrowers on that loan. Servicing Director Credit Reporting cannot suppress a Primary Borrower from being reported to the credit bureaus, and at the same time allow the additional borrowers on the loan to continue reporting.

If for instance, on your loan, you have the primary borrower set up as a Trust. Your loan may have additional borrowers set up as well.
You may not wish to report the primary borrower, the Trust, but would like to continue to report on the additional borrowers. Servicing Director is unable to do this.  You are not able to control credit reporting at the additional borrower level if the primary borrower is not being reported.

Environment:

Servicing Director Credit Reporting

Workaround:

There is currently no solution or workaround for this issue. Product Management is considering making some changes by adding a field at the borrower level to control credit bureau reporting - but have not yet made a decision on what and when to include this feature.,
