If a borrower clicks the Online Payment Review Submit button and the Online Payment Confirmation web page does not appear and the online payment is not submitted, the borrower might be using an unsupported Internet browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. (Borrowers can still log in and view their loan information in unsupported browsers, but cannot submit a payment.) The System Requirements for Customer Self-Service states Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0 are supported.
Prior to 13.1, unsupported browsers may have allowed a borrower to submit an online payment, but on version 13.1, that is no longer reported to be the case.
Workaround:
The issue addressed in this article was resolved in Servicing Director version 13.2.
