Root Cause:
The most common cause of this error is the Windows web server requirement of ASP.NET 4.5 is not enabled.
Workaround:
Using Microsoft Windows procedures, enable ASP.NET 4.5 on your web server. On Windows 2012 or later, your Windows administrator should install ASP.NET 4.5 with IIS8 using the "Turn Windows Features On/Off" dialog, the Server Manager management tool for the .NET Framework 4.5, or the dism.exe command line tool.
Restart your Windows server.
If ASP.NET 4.5 is enabled and this error continues, locate the Customer Self-Service installation log file, contact Servicing Director support using Case Management, and provide them the log file.
