Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Licensing

A Servicing Director license which enables the optional Customer Self Service (CSS) is required with Servicing Director 16.1 or later.

Workaround:

If you are skipping versions of Servicing Director upon upgrading, and skip version 16.1, you will still need to enter a Servicing Director license key once to enable CSS. 

Example: Upgrading straight from 15.3 to 16.2, you will need to enter a license key, created on or after version 16.1. The upgrade will complete successfully, and you will not be prompted for the license key, but after you have upgraded, enter the new license key as directed in the 16.1, 16.2, or 16.3 CSS Upgrade Guide.

The appropriate new 16.1 or later license with the CSS option enabled just needs to be entered once for the life of the software, using the Servicing Director Update License desktop application.
