Servicing Director Customer Self-Service Online Payment Web Page Link Missing

When viewing the Customer Self-Service web page, the left hand navigation area has web page links (buttons or clickable text) used to open the various Customer Self-Service web pages. 

The navigation area will list different links depending on which links the person has permission to view, and depending on some loan conditions of the particular loan selected. 

This means certain web page links may appear and some may not appear by design, depending on your configuration of the Customer Self-Service.

The Online Payment link is one of the links most likely to appear or not appear by this design.

The Online Payment link may or may not appear because of your web page security. This article covers the subject of the loan conditions for the Online Payment link. Workaround:

The Online Payment link will not be listed in the navigation area when the selected loan has a legal or warning status, and you have the Customer Self-Service Web Setup Company Setup configured to disable online payments for the same legal or warning status.
