Root Cause:

This Customer Self-Service Test Utility exception message can be ignored.

Workaround:

The Web Test Utility "Web Server - Connectivity Test" (the lower test button on the screen for the borrower-facing web server) can only be run once each time the Web Test Utility is opened.  After the one test, close the Web Test Utility and re-open the Web Test Utility before running each test.
