Lyons may periodically send you notice that they need to update their web service SSL certificate, indicating you may need to test or make changes to your Customer Self-Service system.
Workaround:
The only action to take is to restart your Customer Self-Service web site, using the appropriate Microsoft procedures for your server, after the new Lyons certificate is updated.
