The page you are trying to access is secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Root Cause:

This is the expected outcome of the following:
  1. The web address you provided to the browser uses HTTP instead of HTTPS.
  2. You have the IIS site SSL Settings option Require SSL enabled.

Workaround:

Any of the following resolve this issue:

  • Do not use HTTP in the browser address, and always use HTTPS.
  • Disable the IIS site SSL Settings option Require SSL.
  • Allow the user to see the 403.4 page error as a result of using HTTP when HTTP is not supported.
