Root Cause:
If your Customer Self-Service system is not licensed, this message will appear.Workaround:
Review the Customer Self-Service Installation or Upgrade guide Additional Web Settings section for the procedure to enter your Servicing Director license Key Code. Your Key Code is created to license all the Servicing Director features you have purchased, including Customer Self-Service.
If you recently upgraded from Customer Self-Service 15.3 (or prior) to the version 16.1 (or later), you should have received a new Key Code updated to include Customer Self-Service licensing. If you do not have a Key Code which licenses Customer Self-Service, submit a case through Case Management.
