Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'aaaaaXXXXXXX_PK. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.XXXXXXXXX
Root Cause:
This error message may be encountered when attempting to post a payment batch, a loan modification batch, an insurance or tax batch, a miscellaneous batch, or an investor loan transfer batch. The exact details of the error will vary depending on the type of batch being posted.
If old, posted batches are not cleared from the temporary tables, when those same batch IDs are reused for new batches, this error may occur when attempting to post those batches.
Old posted batches are unnecessary and can also cause system performance issues.
Workaround:
Run the Servicing Director event in Event Manager called 'Temporary Table Clp'.
The 'Temporary Table Clp' event should be run regularly, possibly scheduled weekly, and even more often if you post a large number of batches.
The Temporary Table cleanup runs a procedure that deletes payment, disbursement, loan transfer batches, and cutoff storage records that are older than 14 days based on the transaction posting date (instead of your system date) from the corresponding Servicing Director tables. However, this cleanup does not delete loan history for these transactions.
Please review the Servicing Director Help Topics (F1) for more information on this event.
