Servicing Director Error Notice and Information Request Address (Second Address) Not Included on the HFS Billing Statement Export File
You may find that when you run the HFS Billing Statement Export, the export file does not include the Error Notice and Information Request Address (Second Address) - even though you do have the correct information set up in the Payment Address Control screen.
Workaround:
The second address (the Error Notice and Information Request address) is optional, and it is not included in the HFS Billing Statement Export in the 13.2 release of Servicing Director.
If you would like to have the Error Notice and Information Request address printed on your statements by your vendor, then you will need to speak to your vendor directly about that request.
Note:
There is currently an enhancement considered for the HFS Billing Statement Export to include the Error Notice and Information Request address.
If you would like to see this enhancement be included in a future release, please open a Case Management support case and add your request for this enhancement.
