Servicing Director Event Manager Error: "...Your computer is low on memory..."

The event failed and reported this error:

Error printing opened report

Description: Your computer is low on memory

Printing Not attempted

Archiving not attempted.


Root Cause:

Servicing Director relies on your Windows system on the local desktop to render documents. The cause for this error is believed to be a failure in your Windows system outside of the Servicing Director product.

Workaround:

Do the following:

  1. Confirm you have the Servicing Director applications installed on the local hard drive of the Windows desktop computer. 
  2. Confirm your Windows desktop computer has at least the amount of RAM memory defined in the Servicing Director System Requirements.  For more information about the System Requirements, please search the Knowledge Center using the key words Servicing Director System Requirements.
  3. Confirm the document used in the event is a document provided from the Servicing Director installation, and not a customized document. For more information about determining if the document is customized or not, please search the Knowledge Center using the key words Servicing Director customized. 
  4. Reboot the desktop.
  5. Retry the individual Event Manager event.
  6. If the error persists, reinstall the Servicing Director applications.  For more information about reinstalling the Servicing Director applications, please search the Knowledge Center using the key words Servicing Director reinstalling.
