Servicing Director Event Manager LP Build Import Data in Loan Setup Event Error: "Unable to load XML file"

The system cannot locate the resource specified.

Root Cause:

This is an issue for current versions of Servicing Director.
The default configuration of the LP Build Import Data event properties causes the error.

Workaround:

The steps to fix this are below:

Launch System Administration.
Click 'Event Manager'.
At the top, select 'Events > Maintenance > Events'.
Search and select 'LP Build Import Data'.
Select 'Edit'.
Once the Event Details dialog box opens, select 'Criteria'.
Under 'Layout file Location', remove the path up to the name and just leave the name of the layout file with no path: HFS_LaserPro_Import.eix.
Click 'OK' and close out of Event Manager, and then re-launch it.
The error message should no longer be present.
