Servicing Director Event Manager Report Error: Currently No Information for this Query

Currently, there's no information for this query. Add information
by adding a new report or letter query in the Setup portion of this
module and then try again.
Root Cause:
This error is caused when Event Manager does not have a SQL query or view configured for the report or letter displaying the error.
Workaround:
Every report or letter has a SQL query or view configured for it in the Report/Letter Query Setup screen.
Add the SQL query or view information to Report/Letter Query Setup screen as follows:
- Open System Administration.
- Click Table Setup.
- Select Report/Letter Query, and then click Open.
- Select your SQL query or view name from the list, and then click Open. If the name of your query or view used by the report or letter does not show in the Report/Letter Query screen selection list, then make sure the name of the custom view begins with R_.
- Click New.
- Add at least one field from your view, and then click OK.
- Repeat the steps above to add other fields from your view.
- When finished, click Close on the Report/Letter Query Setup screen.
