You have Servicing Director Field Maintenance Logging enabled, there is active logging taking place, and intermittently the wrong user name is logged as the user changing a field.
Workaround:
Check with your system administrator or local IT staff for assistance to be sure each Servicing Director user runs their own copy of the Servicing Director applications locally installed on each desktop computer. Field Maintenance logging relies on each user having a unique computer name to properly identify each user.
