Servicing Director Field Maintenance Logging Stops When Another Screen Is Opened

You have Servicing Director Field Maintenance Logging enabled, and there is active logging taking place.  Then, when another Servicing Director application screen is opened by you or another user, the logging stops.

The Solution information below is for your system administrator or local IT.


Workaround:

  1. Run the Servicing Director server program named LSCNFG with the FixRights option. Search Knowledge Center with the keywords Servicing Director LSCNFG for the article describing the procedure for running the LSCNFG program.
  2. Make sure your Servicing Director applications have the the ODBC data source named "Servicing" set to use SQL authentication. Search Knowledge Center with the keywords Servicing Director ODBC for the article describing the procedure for changing the ODBC Data Sources to Use SQL Server Authentication.
