Servicing Director Freddie Mac EDR Export Event Will Not Restrict Loans by Investor

The Servicing Director Freddie Mac EDR Export event will include ALL loans that are tied to an investor which has been set up using a reporting type of FHLMC.

You can verify the reporting type for your investors in the Investor Accounting application > Investors > edit Investor ,General tab ,Inv Reporting Type.

Workaround:

This is by design, and there is currently no way to restrict or separate your export for different investors. If you have multiple investors set up with inv reporting type of FHLMC, all their qualifying loans will be included on the export.

There is an open, active Change Request (CR 145349) for Engineering to make a change, which would allow you to filter out records based on Investor name or Investor ID.
If you would like this additional feature to be added, please submit a case through Case Management, and ask that your case be used to increment the count, and add weight to the request of Change Request CR 145349
