Root Cause:

If the Servicing Director Ginnie Mae I Certificate Remittance Update event fails with this type of error, please check your setup to ensure that you have set up your GNMA I Investor correctly, and also that you do have loans correctly set up and assigned to your GNMA I Investor.
The event requires that you use criteria for valid cutoff date and check date and GNMA I investor ID.
