Servicing Director Incorrect Company Address on Periodic Billing Statements, HFS Billing Statement Export, NCP Normal Export, or NCP Year-End Export

 

You may find that the incorrect company address is appearing on any of the following: 

  • Periodic Billing Statements
  • HFS Billing Statement Export
  • NCP Normal Export
  • NCP Year-End Export.

Workaround:

For these statements and exports, the company address used is the address you have setup on the Payment Address Control record.

Please verify and correct this information in the System Administration application, in the Table Setup Payment Address Control screen.
