Servicing Director Late Charge Assessment Upd Event Error : Cannot insert the value into column 'LCType'

The event failed and reported this error:
Running stored procedure -- Error: Cannot insert the value into column 'LCType', table 'Service.dbo.Delinquent'; column does not allow s. UPDATE fails.

Root Cause:

The error message indicates that you have at least one loan with an incorrect or unacceptable data condition.
All loans in Servicing Director must have an acceptable value for a Late Charge Type (LCType).

Environment:

Servicing Director Late Charge Assessment Upd Event

Workaround:

The Service SQL database should be checked for any and all loans where there is no value () for LCType.
The LCType field is stored in the Delinquent table.
The client SQL Database Administrator or I.T. Department employee with access the the SQL database should be able to do this.
Once the problem loans are located, the user may go into the Servicing Director software, into the Customer Service application, Payment, Late Info screen, and make the appropriate selection for the Late Charge Type.
This should result in no error occurring when running the Late Charge Assessment Upd Event.
