One of your Servicing Director letters or reports is not working, is printing incorrectly, or is not showing the correct information.
Workaround:
The Servicing Director product installation delivers many reports and letters.
If your letter or report is provided as part of the installation on Support Center, then please visit the Finastra Finastra Customer Success Community at https://customercenter.dh.com/ to log in to our online self-service Case Management system.
If your letter or report was not provided as part of the installation, then you have a custom document. A custom document would be added to Servicing Director after it was installed or upgraded. For more information about custom letters or reports, search Knowledge Center using the key words Servicing Director Custom.
If you do have a custom document, then support for the custom document is provided by the provider of the document. If you purchased the custom document from the customization department, then the customization department provides support for the custom document separately from Servicing Director customer support. To contact the customization department, please visit the Finastra Finastra Customer Success Community at https://customercenter.dh.com/ to log in to our online self-service Case Management system, and add to the case that you need to contact the customization department about a custom document.
