Your Servicing Director loan import (or boarding) is not working, where loans are not visible in Servicing Director or you get various errors trying to import the loan.
Workaround:
The Servicing Director product installation delivers loan imports for only the products called E3, LaserPro. and MortgageBot. Also, the Servicing Director Loan Setup application can be used to enter a loan field by field.
If your loan import is E3, Laser Pro, MortgageBot or the Loan Setup application, then contact Finastra support using Case Management on the Finastra Customer Success Community website.
If your loan import is not for E3, LaserPro, MortgageBot or the Loan Setup application, then you may have a custom import. A custom import would be an add-on process to your Servicing Director installation, adding a process not provided by the product as it was delivered from the product installation.
If you do have a custom loan import, then support for the loan import is provided by the provider of the loan import. If you purchased the custom loan import from the Servicing Director customization department, then the customization department provides support for the custom import separately from Servicing Director Customer Support. To contact the customization department, contact Finastra support using Case Management on the Finastra Customer Success Community website, and add to the case that you need to contact the customization department about a custom loan import.
