Workaround:

There may be some required information missing from the loan. When a loan is setup or imported or boarded in Servicing Director by a Servicing Director provided process, all the required information will be in place. However, if you use other custom methods of setting up the loan in Servicing Director, then the custom method may have not completed all the required information.  Alternatively, some other database administrator activity outside of Servicing Director may have unexpectedly removed required information for the loan.

• Check with your database/system administrator to confirm how the loan setup was unexpectedly changed in the Servicing Director database.
• Run the Event Manager System Administration report named Loan Table Audit Report to find loans where required information is missing.
