Servicing Director Locate Loan Search Does Not List a Loan When Exact Information For the Loan is Supplied

You use the locate loan screen to search for a loan and supply exact match information for the loan, but the loan is not found.
For example, you supply the actual correct last name for the borrower; no other search criteria is entered, but the loan is not found.

Workaround:

There may be some required information missing from the loan. When a loan is setup or imported or boarded in Servicing Director by a Servicing Director provided process, all the required information will be in place. However, if you use other custom methods of setting up the loan in Servicing Director, then the custom method may have not completed all the required information.  Alternatively, some other database administrator activity outside of Servicing Director may have unexpectedly removed required information for the loan.

  • Check with your database/system administrator to confirm how the loan setup was unexpectedly changed in the Servicing Director database.
  • Run the Event Manager System Administration report named Loan Table Audit Report to find loans where required information is missing.
