Servicing Director LTV (Loan To Value) in the Loan Info Screen Is Different From LTV In Other Servicing Director Screens
You may find that the LTV (Loan To Value) that is displayed in the Customer Service Loan Info screen is different from the LTV displayed on other Servicing Director screens, such as the Tracking, Loan To Value screen, or the PMI Cancel screen.
This may typically occur when the LTV ends in a 5; for instance 85. In this case, the LTV in the Loan Info screen would display 86 instead.
Environment:
Servicing Director LTV
Workaround:
The issue is caused by a rounding issue in the Loan Info screen and the handling of whole numbers only when ending in 5.
There is currently no workaround for this condition.
Typically this will be a rare and short lived condition as the LTV will change after any payment is made so error condition would no longer exist after that.
Change Request CR 212089 has been submitted for an engineering change to be made to address this issue.
If you do have this issue, please open an online support case in Case Management to increment the Change request and to get a status update on it.
