Servicing Director Monthly Billing Statement Is Missing a Borrower Name
When you create the Servicing Director Monthly Billing Statements, you find that one of the borrowers on a loan is missing from a statement.
The problem is that one of the borrowers on the loan is not assigned correctly in the Mailing Address screen.
Workaround:
Do the following:
- Open the Customer Service application, and choose the loan with the missing borrower.
- Click the Mailing button.
- In the Mailing screen, locate the borrower who is missing from the Monthly Billing Statement on the Borrower available list, and click to highlight that borrower.
- Click the >> button to move the borrower to the assigned column.
- Click OK.
All of the assigned borrowers will now appear on your Monthly Billing Statement.
