Servicing Director Mortgagebot Loan Import Fails to Import LTV and CLTV Values

When you successfully import a Fusion Mortgagebot loan into Fusion Servicing Director, the Loan Setup application sometimes displays no data for the LTV and CLTV values on some loans.

Workaround:

The issue addressed in this article was resolved in Fusion Servicing Director version 20.2.

For previous versions:

Fusion Servicing Director imports the LTV and CLTV values from the Fusion Mortgagebot Loan Lock data. If the loan is not locked in Fusion Mortgagebot, then Fusion Mortgagebot does not send the Loan Lock Data LTV and CLTV values.

As a workaround, enter the LTV and CLTV values when viewing the loan in Loan Setup.
