The Accrued Through Date On This DSI Loan Is Not Current

Root Cause:

You may encounter this error when attempting to process a payment on a DSI loan (Daily simple interest method).

This would indicate that the 'accrued through date' on your loan has not updated, and that your system date (Company.TransPostDate) has advanced beyond your 'accrued through date'.

This is most likely caused by not having run the Daily Simple Interest Update Event as part of your daily Run-All—or the event may have run, but with the incorrect criteria setting.

Environment:

Servicing Director Payment Processing Application

Workaround:

Run the Daily Simple Interest Accrual Update event, making sure that the criteria of the event is set up to use 'Current Transaction Date'

This event should be scheduled this way, to run nightly in your Run-All; but it also can be run any time of day as an ad hoc event or as needed.
