In the Servicing Director Loan Setup application, a loan ID which is reported to be Pending is not found.
When attempting to open the same loan ID in another Servicing Director application, the loan ID is reported as Pending and should be viewed only in the Loan Setup application.
Workaround:
This condition can be caused by custom imported or boarded loan data, where your custom methods have created a condition where some, but not all, of the required data records for a Pending loan are present. Enough records exist to report the loan as Pending, but not enough complete data is present to select the loan for listing in the Loan Setup application.
Have your local IT or administrator review your history for importing or boarding the loan, the loan data you imported or boarded, and look for missing data.
