Servicing Director Periodic Billing Statement or HFS Monthly Billing Statement Export File Does Not Contain Co-Borrower Name and Information
You may find that the Periodic Billing Statement or the HFS Monthly Billing Statement Export File, generated from Servicing Director, does not contain the name and information of a co-borrower on a loan.
Workaround:
In order for the co-borrower name and information to appear on either the Periodic Billing Statement, or on the HFS Monthly Billing Statement Export file, the co-borrower must be assigned in the Mailing screen of the loan.
In the Customer Service application, in the Mailing screen's Borrower section, make sure that the co-borrower name has been assigned.
