Servicing Director Print Button Error: "Another Process is busy Printing!"

Another Process is busy Printing!

Root Cause:

The most common cause for this error is that the Windows user of the desktop does not have Windows permission to write to the Windows provided default Public Documents folder.

Workaround:

Make sure Windows permissions allow the Windows user to write to the Windows Public Documents folder, and any subfolder in the program folder.

The default location for the Windows Public folder is: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents.

Servicing Director will create a Public Documents subfolder OutputServ, if needed, using the Windows write access, and then create a ListBox.txt file in this subfolder with each click of the Print button.

You should refer this solution to your system administrator or local IT because it requires advanced Windows procedures to change the Windows permissions.
