When you click any Print button, nothing is printed and there is no error message. 

Workaround:

Confirm the version of Servicing Director and confirm each service pack installed on the local desktop computer.

Note: Use the Windows Control Panel > Programs list to show you the version numbers of the Servicing Director products installed. 

If you have not yet upgraded Servicing Director to version 16.1 (or later), then upgrade to version 16.1.
