Servicing Director Prior Year Letters Are Not Available For Years After 2012.
In Event Manager, System Administration, Prior Year Letters, the most recent prior year available to select from is 2012.
This is by design.
Servicing Director utilizes a single SQL view for the IRS Letters and Forms, so there is no way to accurately provide the correct end of year information for prior years any longer, since the SQL views may have changed due to IRS compliance requirements.
Servicing Director has stopped providing an option to produce prior year letters.

Workaround:

There is currently no supported method of producing a prior year letter in Servicing Director.
If you had to produce a replacement letter for a prior year, you may wish to consider obtaining one from the IRS web site.
The IRS web site should have all the forms for prior years available for download.
The form could then manually be completed with information from the loan's Servicing Director end of year records - Customer Service, Other, End of Year screen.
