Servicing Director REO Info, Select REO Screen Has 'New' Button Disabled
The Servicing Director REO Info, Select REO Screen has the 'New' button disabled and does not allow a new REO record to be added.
Environment:

Workaround:
This is by design, if only the single default Collateral record exists for the loan.
Servicing Director will only allow a single REO record to be set up for each individual loan Collateral record. By default, a Collateral record of 0 - Primary exists for every loan. So, if there is already an REO record associated with the single Collateral record, then the 'New' button will appear disabled.
In order to add any additional REO records, there has to be additional Collateral records to associate with it. Additional Collateral records may be added in the Property, Collateral screen. When these additional Collateral records are added, the 'New' button on the Select REO screen is enabled and a new REO record can be added when associating it with the newly added Collateral Numbers.
