Root Cause:

This error can be caused by the Servicing Director 15.3.1 service pack being added to the Servicing Director desktop applications, without the 15.3.1 service pack being added to the Servicing Director database server.

Workaround:

Change either the Servicing Director server or the applications so that both have the 15.3.1 service pack or both do not have the 15.3.1 service pack. 

Note: As described on the software download page for the service pack, the 15.3.1 service pack is only for those customers who have the Servicing Director credit card interface with the Shift4 licensed and implemented, so you would only want to add the 15.3.1 to both your server and applications if you have the credit card interface.  If you do not have the credit card interface, then you would want to remove the 15.3.1 service pack from the desktop, and to restore files on your desktiop, reinstall the Servicing Director 15.3, followed by reinstalling the 15.3.2 service pack.
