Servicing Director Scheduled Payments Unable to Edit or Delete a Scheduled Payment
On the Scheduled Payments screen, the Edit and Delete button is grayed out when a listed payment is selected, and the payment cannot be deleted.
Workaround:
Payments listed on the Scheduled Payments screen cannot be edited or deleted by design if they are either one or both of the following:
- In a Batch (unposted or posted)
- In an Export
Any issue with the payment will have to be managed later in the processing of the payment. For example, if the payment was submitted with an incorrect bank account number, and cannot be edited, the payment will be rejected by your ACH processing bank due to the incorrect Information, the General Ledger would need to be manually adjusted due to the rejected payment, and a new payment would have to be submitted.
