The version of Servicing Director is incorrect.

Root Cause:

The required Servicing Director product is not found.

The Servicing Director Service Pack is not a full release of the Servicing Director product, but instead it is an update to be applied to an existing installation of a specific Servicing Director product.

If the required Servicing Director product is not found for a specific version, then the Service Pack cannot be installed.

Workaround:

You must install the Service Pack database update on the server where the Servicing Director database product is installed.

You must install the Service Pack application update on each computer where the Servicing Director applications product is installed.

If you are installing the Service Pack on the correct computer and you still receive these errors, then you need to install/upgrade the Servicing Director product first on that computer. 

Note: If your Servicing Director database server is already operational on the required version, and you still receive these errors, then your database server may have the databases for the required version but not the rest of the Servicing Director product on the server. This can be the result of an incomplete move to your current server from a previous server. In this case, continue to install/upgrade the Servicing Director product on your database server.

To install/upgrade the Servicing Director product, do the following:

1. Review the Service Pack Release Notes to determine which Servicing Director product version is required.
2. Locate the Servicing Director product installation DVD or download installation files for the required Servicing Director product version.
3. Review the procedures in the Servicing Director Installation Guide in the installation files \Documentation folder.
4. Perform the installation. 

After you have the required Servicing Director product version installed, install the Service Pack again.
